The Lady Falcons beat Lincoln Park on Saturday by a score of 48-34 in the first round of the 54th Annual Harry Stillwell Girls Basketball Tournament winning their 16th game of the season. Point guard Ab Leung led the team with 14 points followed by Lucci Lentz with 11, Talia DiOrio scored 8, Grace Conklin 7, and Ashlee Krasnomowitz, Antonia Ragucci and Ellie Golden each scored 2.
Annie Bush had 3 rebounds, and Charlee Gianguercio had 4. The awesome defense played by Vanessa Galloway, and Sophia Bagli contributed to our win. The team advances to the semifinals and will play Mendham Boro at Memorial Junior School on Tuesday, February 3rd at 5:30 pm. Go Falcons!!

The second seed Lady Falcons beat the first seed Bloomingdale yesterday by a score of 51-38 in a very exciting game. Leading scorer, Ab Leung, scored 18 points followed by Lucci Lentz with 12, Charlee Gianguercio had 11, Grace Conklin 6, and Kendall Hulse, and Ashlee Krasnomowitz each scored 2. The aggressive defense played by Talia DiOrio helped contribute to our win.

🎭 Our 7th graders had an amazing time on Broadway yesterday seeing The Outsiders! It was a great opportunity to experience a live performance based on a book they read this year.

Mr. Spender welcomed a few third graders from Mrs. LaRusso’s class into the classroom to help with a fun place value lesson. The students took on the role of “bankers,” helping exchange ones blocks for tens and tens blocks for a hundreds block. 🧮✨
It was a fantastic, hands-on way for everyone to practice place value skills—and a great example of learning together across grade levels!

Starting today, our yellow Little Bites recycling box is back in the lower gym! Through a free TerraCycle program sponsored by Little Bites, students can recycle empty Little Bites pouches only.
If your child enjoys Little Bites as a snack, they may save their empty pouches and recycle them during lunch. Please help us by reminding students that only empty Little Bites pouches can go in the yellow box.
Be sure to check out the photo of our Environmental Club members with the collection box and keep an eye out for the posters they created around the school to promote this program.
