Interim Assistant Principal
Boonton Twp BOE seeks Interim Assistant Principal for Rockaway Valley School (PreK-8). Position available 8/27/24 or sooner.
Partial list of duties includes:
- student discipline,
- staff evaluation,
- state testing coordination,
- data analysis.
Collaborative leadership skills, excellent verbal and written communication necessary. Valid NJ Principal Certification or Certificate of eligibility required.

Secretary, part-time (2)
Boonton Township Board of Education, Rockaway Valley School, seeks two (2) part-time secretaries to share office duties in the school office.
Main duties include:
- screening visitors to admit to building
- answering telephones and routing calls
- sorting/delivering mail
- daily student attendance
- checking in late-arriving students
- responding to internal needs within the building
- other routine tasks and special projects as may be assigned
Hours: 20 hours per week

Technology Support, part-time
Boonton Township School District is seeking a part-time technology technician to support our I.T. department for 15 hours per week.
Skills required:
- Knowledge of Apple products
- Proficiency with Google Suite
Duties may include:
- Inventorying and cateloging of equipment
- Responding to troubleshooting tickets
- Equipment set up
15 hours per week/$20 per hour
